Well if November was the month of drawing, December seems to be the month of cooking. Currently in the oven is the second attempt at Delicious Lemon Pudding (the first was indeed delicious but I shared it. So I have to make sure... right? ;D )

For those of a dessert shaped nature, the recipe is as follows:

1 cup Sugar (I used the organicky version rather than the pure white stuff)
1 tbsp Butter (or margarine)
2 tbsp Flour
2 Eggs
1 cup of milk
1 lemon.

Cream butter & sugar then add egg yolks.
Add flour, juice and grated rind of lemon, and lastly the milk.
Beat the whites stiffly (so they form peaks), and stir in LIGHTLY (i.e. barely folded in)
Pour into dish, then place dish in a larger dish partly filled with hot water, and bake slowly for an hour.
(the recipe didn't say the exact temperature, but in my oven I'm trying around 320 °F - which is around 160 °C)
When done, there should be a fluffy soufflé on top, and a creamy lemony custard underneath.

NOM!
