Further to the point in time where I was working hard enough that anything else seemed an utter waste of time. I was given this helpful advice from a Doc' friend.

I might add that an easier way, instead of the stew,
is just have a line inserted and connect yourself up
to TPN (total parenteral nutrition), add another
connector for caffeine, and to complete things, insert
a urinary catheter. That way you wouldn't have to move
at all, except for the necessary breathing motions.
